Refund Policy

The International Journal of Pharmaceutical Research (IJPR) follows a transparent and strict policy regarding Article Processing Charges (APCs) to maintain fairness and administrative consistency.

1. No refund of Article Processing Charges (APCs) shall be made once a manuscript has been accepted for publication, published online or in print, or formally approved by the Editor or the Journal.

2. Incorrect or excess payments of APCs will be refunded within two (2) weeks, provided the author informs the journal in writing within 24 hours of the incorrect payment.

3. No refunds will be issued if an author withdraws the manuscript at any stage of the review or publication process.

4. No refunds shall be made if a published article is retracted or removed due to copyright infringement, plagiarism, ethical misconduct, or any other violation of journal policies.

5. No refunds will be provided in cases where publication is delayed due to circumstances beyond the control of the Journal or Publisher, including but not limited to technical issues or unforeseen administrative delays.

6. In the event of an approved refund, all bank charges, transaction fees, and applicable government taxes shall be borne by the author.

7. The decision of IJPR shall be final and binding in all matters relating to refunds, and no disputes will be entertained beyond this policy.
